Whose Day

Terms of Use

Early Access Notice

Whose Day is an early access product operated by Pueblo Apps LLC. Features may change or contain bugs. Keep independent backups of important records and check that your records have synced before changing devices or clearing browser storage.

What This App Does

Whose Day helps you create a personal record of custody-related events, notes, and reports. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of anything you enter.

No Legal Advice

Whose Day is not a law firm, attorney, or legal service. The app does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that any record, report, export, or timestamp will be accepted by a court, attorney, mediator, or other authority.

Your Responsibilities

Accounts and Data Storage

A verified email-link account is required to use the app. Keep access to your sign-in email secure and do not share sign-in links. Records are saved in this browser and sync automatically to your account while signed in, including notes and screenshots. Offline changes sync when the app is open with connectivity again. Previously authenticated devices may reopen offline with saved setup and account information; a new sign-in requires connectivity.

Signing out locks access through the app and stops sync, but does not erase local records. Browser storage is not encrypted by Whose Day. Different browsers, devices, and website addresses have separate local storage. Unsynced records may be lost if that storage is cleared or unavailable.

Older entries becoming read-only in the app does not independently verify their accuracy or make them tamper-proof. Device timestamps, cloud sync, and backup checksums do not independently establish that an event occurred.

Backups, Reports, and Recovery

Settings provides a full JSON backup of records and settings saved on this device, including notes and embedded screenshots. Backups are not password-protected. Store them securely. Records present only on another device or in the cloud must sync here before they can be included.

JSON restoration requires the same account identity that created the backup. A deleted account recreated with the same email is a different account. Import shows a preview before you apply changes; historical records and differing cloud copies remain subject to the app's read-only and conflict-review rules. Storage limits or damaged files can prevent restoration.

CSV and printed or emailed reports serve different purposes and cannot be imported through JSON restore. Cloud recovery depends on successful sync and access to your account. No backup or recovery method is guaranteed.

Account Deletion

In Settings, open Delete account, type DELETE, and confirm deletion to permanently remove your sign-in account and its active cloud profile, custody logs, and device sync records. Local records, downloaded backups, shared reports, and provider backup or log copies are not erased by this action. See the Privacy Policy for the storage and deletion boundaries.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided as-is for early testing. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for lost data, inaccurate entries, missed reminders, legal outcomes, or any damages resulting from use of the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Each version shows its update date. The app records the document version when you explicitly submit agreement; installing an update, syncing, or restoring a backup does not itself record a new agreement.
