Whose Day

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 13, 2026

Alpha Notice

Whose Day is currently an early alpha product. It may change, contain bugs, or lose data if your browser storage is cleared. Please export your records regularly.

What This App Does

Whose Day helps you create a personal record of custody-related events, notes, and reports. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of anything you enter.

No Legal Advice

Whose Day is not a law firm, attorney, or legal service. The app does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee that any record, report, export, or timestamp will be accepted by a court, attorney, mediator, or other authority.

Your Responsibilities

Accounts and Data Storage

Records are saved in this browser and sync automatically to your account while signed in, including notes and screenshots. Offline changes sync when the app is open with connectivity again. Keep access to your sign-in email secure. Unsynced records may be lost if browser storage is cleared or you change devices. Export regularly; only successfully synced records can restore on another browser or device. Older entries becoming read-only in the app does not independently verify their accuracy or make them tamper-proof.

Limitation of Liability

The app is provided as-is for early testing. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for lost data, inaccurate entries, missed reminders, legal outcomes, or any damages resulting from use of the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.
